Section 1

The M40 (London–Oxford) Motorway (Stokenchurch to Waterstock Crossroads Section) Scheme 1970 is hereby varied by deleting therefrom that part of the route of the special road described in Schedule 1 thereto which extends for a distance of 242 yards eastwards from a point on the London-Oxford-Fishguard Trunk Road (A40) 25 yards east of Waterstock Lane at Great Milton in Oxfordshire.

Section 2

This Scheme shall come into force on the 5th April 1989 and may be cited as the M40 (London–Oxford) Motorway (Stokenchurch to Waterstock Crossroads Section) Variation Scheme 1989.
