Section 1
The section of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order and shown by broad striped hatching on the deposited plan shall cease to be a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.

In this Order–
(i) “the deposited plan”
(ii) “the trunk road”
Section 3
This Order shall come into force on 5th May 1989 and may be cited as the (A4123) East of Birmingham–Birkenhead Trunk Road (De-Trunking at the Junction of Wolverhampton Road and Hagley Road West) Order 1989.
