Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 29th May 1989.

Section 2
In article 2(b) of the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) Order 1986 for “£30,000” there shall be substituted “£70,000”.
