Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Community Charges (Administration and Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 19th May 1989.

Section 2
For regulation 51(1)(b) of the Community Charges (Administration and Enforcement) Regulations 1989 there is substituted–
(b) in supplying information in purported compliance with that regulation he makes a statement which he knows to be false in a material particular or recklessly makes a statement which is false in a material particular.
