Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Gipsy Encampments (Borough of Dacorum) (No. 2) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 2nd May 1989.

Section 2
The area of the Borough of Dacorum is designated as an area to which section 10 (prohibition of unauthorised camping in designated areas) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 applies.
Section 3
The Gipsy Encampments (Borough of Dacorum) Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
