Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 20th April 1989.
(2) In these Regulations “ the Act ” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1989
Section 2
For the yearly sum of £5,765 specified in section 15(1) of the Act( ), there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £6,035.
Section 3
For the sum of £5,000 specified in section 15(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the sum of £6,000.
Section 4
For the yearly sum of £2,400 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £2,515.
Section 5
The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1988( ) are hereby revoked.
