Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 5th June 1989.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1987 shall be further amended in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 19 (Fees in respect of tests) –

(a) for paragraph (3)(b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs –

(b) in the case of Part II of the test for a motor bicycle and the test for motor vehicles of group E, £16.50; and

(c) in the case of any other test, £18.00, save that no fee is payable in respect of a test to be taken in an invalid carriage.

(b) in paragraph (5) for “£16.50” there shall be substituted “£18.00”.
