Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2

An application for a fire certificate in respect of any premises shall be in the form specified in the Schedule to these Regulations or a form to the like effect.

Section 3

The Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1976 are hereby revoked.
