Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Port of London Authority Harbour Revision Order 1989 and shall come into force on 3rd May 1989.

Section 2Amendment of Port of London Act 1968
The limits within which the Port of London Authority have jurisdiction by virtue of the Port of London Act 1968 are hereby altered to exclude the area described in the Schedule to the Medway Ports Authority Harbour Revision Order 1989 ; and accordingly paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act shall be amended by the insertion at the end of sub-paragraph (a) of the words “or the area described in the Schedule to the Medway Ports Authority Harbour Revision Order 1989”.
