Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session Amendment No.3) (Shorthand Writers' Fees) 1989 and shall come into force on 12th June 1989.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Amendment of fees

In Chapter IV of the Table of Fees in rule 347 of the Rules of the Court of Session , in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—
