Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Precautions (Non-Certificated Factory, Office, Shop and Railway Premises) (Revocation) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2

The Fire Precautions (Non-Certificated Factory, Office, Shop and Railway Premises) Regulations 1976 are hereby revoked.
