Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Consumer Arbitration Agreements) 1989 and shall come into force on 1st February 1989.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
Applications under section 7(1) of the Consumer Arbitration Agreements Act 1988

Section 2Citation and commencement

An application to the sheriff under section 7(1) of the Consumer Arbitration Agreements Act 1988( ) shall be made by summary application.
