Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1989.
(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1989 is revoked.
(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedule 1 thereto and substituting therefor the following –
CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
