Section 1

This Order shall come into force on 7th June 1989 and may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 1989.

Section 2

Part IX of the table of consular fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1989 shall be amended as follows–

in Fee 46 the words“payable to” shall be replaced by the words“payable by”.
