Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 28th June 1989.

The Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) Order 1989
Section 2
The following bodies are hereby specified as approved lending institutions for the purposes of section 156 of the Housing Act 1985:
(a) HMC Group PLC
(b) HMC First Home National PLC
(c) Household Mortgage Bridging Limited
(d) Household Mortgage Corporation PLC
(e) London and Manchester (Mortgages) ( No. 3) Limited
(f) London and Manchester (Mortgages) (No. 4) Limited
(g) Mortgage Express Limited
(h) Wesleyan Home Loans Limited.
