Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1989 and shall come into force on 30th June 1989.

Section 2Amendment

The entry in column 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1984( ) relating to the last dates for the disposal by a valuation appeal committee of appeals and complaints mentioned in column 1 of that Schedule shall be amended by substituting for the words “30th June 1989” the words “31st December 1989” .

Section 3Revocations

The Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1987 , the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988 and the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment (No 2) Order 1988 ) are hereby revoked.
