Section 1Citation and commencement

These rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Execution of Deeds) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 31st July 1990.

Section 2New form 19

Form 19 in the Schedule to these rules shall be substituted for Form 19 in the Schedule to the Land Registration Rules 1925 .
