Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (Increase in Penalty) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st June 1990.

In section 47(2)(c) of the Solicitors Act 1974 for the figure “£3,000” there shall be substituted the figure “£5,000”.
