Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Stock Transfer (Gilt-edged Securities) (Exempt Transfer) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st June 1990.

Section 2

In the Schedule to the Stock Transfer (Gilt-edged Securities) (Exempt Transfer) Regulations 1985 for the words “The Thames Water Authority” there shall be substituted the words “Thames Water Utilities Limited”.
