This Order may be cited as the Manston Airport Shops Order 1990 and shall come into force on 10th May 1990.

Manston Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962 , as being an airport at which there appears to the Secretary of State to be a substantial amount of international passenger traffic.
