Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st July 1990.

The European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990
Section 2
The second column in the Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1989 is amended as follows:
(a) for the second entry there is substituted the sum of £2.75, and
(b) for the third entry there is substituted the sum of £5.00.
