Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 11th July 1990.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1990 are hereby amended as follows:

(a) in Part II of the Schedule, in the Table, by substituting in column 1 “975” for “1000”;

(b) in Part II of the Schedule, in paragraph 4(7), by substituting “not exceeding £42” for “of £37”.
