Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Production) (Seaward Areas) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st August 1990.

Section 2

The Petroleum (Production) (Seaward Areas) Regulations 1988 shall have effect subject to the substitution in paragraph (1) and (2) of regulation 9 (fees), of “£3,700” in place of “£3,100”.
