Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Local Statutory Provisions) (Consequential Repeals) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 30th July 1990.

Section 2Repeal of local statutory provisions

The local statutory provisions specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column (2) thereof.
