This Order may be cited as the Southern Regional Flood Defence Committee (Appointed Day) Order 1990.l

Section 2

30th June 1990 is appointed as the day ending the period beginning with the transfer date for the purposes of section 137(4) of the Water Act 1989 (establishment of regional flood defence committees) in relation to the Southern Regional Flood Defence Committee.
