Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Unregistered Companies) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st July 1990.

Section 2
The Companies (Unregistered Companies) Regulations 1985 are hereby amended as follows:
(a) in Regulation 6(d), the words “36 to 36B,” shall be inserted before the words “40 and 186”; and
(b) in the entry in the Schedule relating to Part I of the Companies Act 1985, for the entry relating to section 36(4) there shall be substituted the following entry:
sections 36 to 36C Company contracts and execution of documents by companies.
