Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Definition of Subsidiary (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st November 1990.

Section 2
In section 77(3) of the Electricity Act 1989 , in the definition of “subsidiary”, for the words “has the same meaning as in” substitute “has the meaning given by section 736 of”.
