Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Coroners' Records (Fees for Copies) (Amendment) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 1st March 1990.

Section 2

(1) The Coroners' Records (Fees for Copies) Rules 1982 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this rule.

(2) In rule 2 —

(a) in paragraph (i), for “£2.60” there shall be substituted “£3.85”;

(b) in paragraph (ii), for “£5.50” there shall be substituted “£8.10”;

(c) in paragraph (iii), for “£5.50” and “30p” there shall be substituted respectively “£8.10” and “45p”, and

(d) in the proviso, for “Rule 16(2) of the Coroners Rules 1953 ” there shall be substituted “rule 20(2) of the Coroners Rules 1984 ”.

(3) In rule 3, for “55p” there shall be substituted “80p”.
