Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Application to Armed Forces) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 13th August 1990.

Section 2
The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Application to Armed Forces) Order 1985 shall be amended as follows. In article 2 (Interpretation) in the definition of “service policeman”, for the words “Special Investigation” there shall be substituted the word “Regulating”.
