Section 1
This order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 19th August 1990.

Section 2
In article 2 of the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (Wales) Order 1988 , after paragraph (2), there shall be inserted—
(3) References in this Order to section 2(2) of the Act are references to that section as amended from time to time by the addition of paragraphs by order made under section 2(3) of the Act
