Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the British Nationality (Namibia) Order 1990 and shall come into force on the 25th August 1990.

Section 2
Schedule 3 to the British Nationality Act 1981 (countries whose citizens are Commonwealth citizens) is amended by inserting the word “Namibia” at the end.
