Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 21st August 1990.

Section 2

The aerodromes specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby designated for the purposes of section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
