Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on17th August 1990.

Section 2

The forms in the Schedule to the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1988 are amended as follows—

(a) for paragraph 5 of form 2, paragraph 4 of form 6 and paragraph 4 of form 8 substitute—

(b) omit paragraph 4 of form 7; and

(c) in form 8 omit the first paragraph in the right hand column below the heading.

Section 3

Nothing in these Regulations affects the validity of a notice served before17th December 1990 if the notice was in the form originally prescribed by the Regulations mentioned in regulation 2.
