Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Central Rating Lists (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 27th August 1990.

Section 2

(1) Part 7 of the Schedule to the Central Rating Lists Regulations 1989 shall be amended by altering “Shell Chemicals UK Company Limited” to “Shell Chemicals UK Limited”.

(2) This regulation shall have effect from 1st April 1990.
