Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Merseyside Residuary Body (Winding Up) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 30th January 1990.

Section 2

The Merseyside Residuary Body (Winding Up) Order 1989 is amended as follows:—

(a) in article 3(5), for the words “the special fund” there shall be substituted the words “the sums referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2)”;

(b) in article 7(2), for the words “article 3(1)” there shall be substituted the words “article 3(2)”.
