Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1990, and shall come into force on 12th September 1990.

Section 2Revocation

The Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
