Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Housing (Revocation and Modification of Clearance Orders) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 19th September 1990.

Section 2
The saving in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1974 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1979 shall cease to have effect in relation to the repeal of section 24 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Housing Act 1961 except in relation to any order made under section 24 before 19th September 1990.
