Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 31st August 1990.

Section 2

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 shall be further amended as follows—

(a) in article 4(f) the words “or in Namibia” shall be deleted;

(b) in Group 3E in Part II of Schedule 1 after entry PL7010 there shall be inserted the following new entry—

“PL7016 Aircraft, helicopters and steerable parachutes having a maximum all up weight of not more than 390kg W”.
