Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Direct Labour Organisations) (Specified Number of Employed Persons) (Scotland) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st October 1990.

(2) This Order extends only to Scotland.

Section 2Specified number of employed persons

For the purposes of sections 11(1) and 21(1) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 the number of persons hereby specified is fifteen.
