(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Publicity Account) (Exemption) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990, and shall come into force on 12th March 1990.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Publicity Account) (Exemption) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990, and shall come into force on 12th March 1990.

In this Order–
“the principal Order ” means the Local Authorities (Publicity Account) (Exemption) (Scotland) Order 1988 .
In article 2 of the principal Order, after the definition of “educational establishment” and “pupil” there shall be inserted the following definition:–
“school board” has the meaning given in section 1 of the School Boards (Scotland) Act 1988 .
In paragraph 11(c) of the Schedule to the principal Order, for the word “school”, there shall be substituted the words “school board”.
