Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 11th October 1990.

Section 2
In paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) Regulations 1986 there shall be inserted at the end the words “or other offences under the law in force in any part of Great Britain which are serious offences as defined in paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 3 or road transport offences as defined in paragraph 1(5) of that Schedule”.
