Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 1990 and shall come into force on 17th October 1990.

Section 2Amendment of Order

(1) The Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1989 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) After article 4 there shall be added the following article—
Remuneration of members
(5) The Authority is specified for the purposes of paragraph 9(7)(b) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977.
