This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st October 1990.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1990
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4)(b) the following sub-paragraph—
(b) any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area—
(i) with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 29th July 1990; or
(ii) with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 1st October 1989; or
(iii) with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 14th January 1990.
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 2 Order 1990 is revoked.
