Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Property)(West Midlands) Order 1990, and shall come into force on 25th October 1990.

Section 2 Transfer of property

All interests of the West Midlands Residuary Body in the land described in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Order shall vest in the local authority specified in Column 2.

Section 3 Rights and liabilities

All rights and liabilities of the West Midlands Residuary Body in relation to the land transferred by article 2, and all records relating exclusively to such land, shall vest in the local authority to which it is so transferred.
