The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Disciplinary Committee) (Procedure and Evidence) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 1990
Section 2
Rule 19 of the Disciplinary Committee (Procedure and Evidence) Rules 1967 shall be amended by the addition of the following paragraph–
(4) For any aspect of the conduct of the proceedings for which no specific provision is made in these Rules, the procedure shall be such as the Chairman shall determine.
