Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1990 and shall come into force on 22nd October 1990.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Registration Appeal Court
(1) From the date this Act of Sederunt comes into force, the court of three judges for hearing registration appeals under section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 shall be the Honourable Lord Cowie, the Honourable Lord Morison and the Right Honourable the Lord Morton of Shuna.
(2) From the date this Act of Sederunt comes into force, the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1989 is revoked.
