Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd November 1990.

Section 2 Specified Body

The Local Government Management Board is hereby specified for the purposes of section 76(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.

Section 3 Revocation

In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1st April 1991, the Rate Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1988 are hereby amended by the deletion, in regulation 2, of the following entries:

(a) The Local Government Training Board;

(d) The Local Authority Management Services and Computer Committee ( LAMSAC );

(e) The Local Authorities' Conditions of Service Advisory Board;
