Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 29th November 1990.

Section 2

The Copyright (Application to Other Countries) (No. 2) Order 1989 shall be amended—

(a) in Schedule 1 thereto (which names the countries enjoying full protection in respect of all works except broadcasts and cable programmes), by the insertion of “Malaysia” between the names “Malawi” and “Mali”;

(b) in Schedule 2 thereto (which names the countries enjoying full protection for sound recordings), by the insertion of “Malaysia” between the names “Luxembourg” and “Mexico”; and

(c) in Schedule 3 thereto (which names the countries enjoying protection in respect of broadcasts), by the insertion of “Malaysia” between the names “Luxem-bourg” and “Mexico”.
