Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 22nd November 1990.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 11(4) of the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 for the words “with the trust” there shall be substituted the words “with a health service body”.
