Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 3rd December 1990.

Section 2 Amendment of Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes Regulations 1984 (fees to accompany applications) shall be amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph 1 for “£600” there shall be substituted “£678”; and

(b) in paragraph 2 for “£380” there shall be substituted “£410”.

Section 3 Revocations

The Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and regulation 2 of the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1988 are hereby revoked.
